Mary has a special interest in obsessive compulsive disorder, panic, phobias and neurodivergence. She also works with couples and families to help create a supportive and collaborative home life environment essential to healing and fostering well-being. Mary combines several evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy and somatic psychotherapy. By combining cognitive techniques with nervous system regulation and examining influences of childhood dynamics and experiences, Mary teaches you how to understand and overcome your complex challenges, and process your difficult emotions to reduce your distress.
