Brianne Roy
Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying
Brianne is a relational and integrative therapist who helps individuals and couples navigate trauma, anxiety, identity, life transitions, and relationship challenges. You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or find that difficult past experiences continue to shape how you feel about yourself, respond to stress, or connect with others. With specialized training in EMDR, Brianne can help you process trauma and distressing experiences, work through anxiety and unhelpful core beliefs, and develop healthier ways of moving forward. Her relational approach also supports clients experiencing grief, burnout, separation or divorce, career questions, or exploring neurodivergent identity and the effects of long-term masking. With Brianne, you gain emotional clarity, practical strategies, and renewed connection in a space where you feel safe and heard, because meaningful change begins with feeling understood.
Brianne supports individuals with anxiety, overwhelm, grief, burnout, identity exploration, attachment patterns, codependency, ADHD, and neurodivergence. She helps clients build emotional regulation and self-awareness. Clients navigate major life transitions with greater confidence. Brianne also works with couples to strengthen emotional connections and communication. She helps them identify the patterns behind recurring conflict, distance, or broken trust. Her approach is inclusive of diverse identities and relationship structures, including neurodivergent and non-traditional partnerships. Brianne integrates CBT, ACT, EFT, the Gottman Method, attachment-based approaches, DBT skills, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. This integrative approach tailors treatment fully to each client’s needs.
Brianne’s goal is to help clients feel grounded, clear, and connected to themselves. She helps them focus on what matters most: self-understanding, less stress and anxiety, stronger relationships, and authentic living. Whether facing relationship conflict, a major life transition, anxiety or burnout, or seeking to live authentically as a neurodivergent person, Brianne offers collaborative support. She works at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable. Together, you build insight, practical tools, and resilience to navigate life’s next chapter with more confidence and connection.
