Her approach is integrative and trauma-informed combining evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. Alexis creates a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs, personality, and goals, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, attachment patterns, and understanding the deeper experiences that influence behaviour and relationships.
