Languages and creative expression (art, music) reveal how everyone offers a unique perspective on the world. With a background in psychology, Spanish literature, and the visual arts, Patricia brings a rich and culturally diverse viewpoint to her work. Over the past decade, her primary focus has been on bearing and raising four children, navigating the profound transitions of postpartum life (and loss), while nurturing family, friends, and working on her own personal growth.
Patricia has lived and served in various capacities and in many countries worldwide. This has deepened her understanding of resilience, empathy, and global interconnectedness. She is now integrating these lived experiences into a new chapter as she pursues a career in psychotherapy, dedicated to guiding others through their complex challenges. Patricia brings a warm, light-hearted energy to the therapy room, using authenticity, gentle humor, and a relational approach to help you feel at ease. Grounded in a humanistic strengths-based and integrative framework, she wants you to leave the sessions feeling refreshed, seen, and inspired to engage in meaningful change. Her approach fosters honesty, heals wounds with care, inspires action, overcomes obstacles, and creates lasting change.
Patricia specializes in working with individuals, couples and families dealing with relationship issues, divorce, family conflict, parenting, anxiety, trauma and PTSD. She has a special interest in women’s issues including Pregnancy, Prenatal, Postpartum depression and other Perinatal and postnatal concerns.
